DANCE FABRIQUE is the story of true love set against the backdrop of social and family values in a West African community. Traditional Guinea rhythms, songs and dances provide a colorful and musical narrative which begins with the initial attraction between the young man and woman, the coming together of two families, culminating in the joyful celebration of a marriage party with the bride and groom, family and the entire village. Tickets are $10, $5 for students. Free for children 3 years and younger.
Saturday Dec 6, Delou African ensemble will be performing at the The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County located at 1300 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida, 33132, the event is call Family Fest. Performance time is 1pm-1:30pm.
