Ahead of the full moon party in South Florida…

Hi there,
First of all I wanted to wish you a happy holiday season, there’re some very good and fun events this weekend and the next for you to attend and play:

Full Moon Drum Circle and Sacred Circle – Saturday December 18, 2010 – 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm at the Historic Virginia Key Beach Park
4020 Virginia Beach Drive – Virginia Key in Miami, FL.
This full moon drum circle is growing with amazing vibes. Doors close at 6:30 PM so I suggest you get in the park before that. This is a 3 hs event, so enjoy it wisely 🙂
This is a Drug Free, Alcohol Free, Smoke Free event. This is a Hand-Drum circle. Frame drums and the bottom end bass drums like dunns or surdos are welcome, but please leave the timbales, snares and drum sets at home for this one.

The Tequesta Drum Circle Winter Solstice @ Hugh Taylor Birch State Park
3109 E. Sunrise Blvd. FTL
Friday, December 21, 2007 from 6 – 11pm at the Primitive Camp Area and Tequesta Circle hosted by Moonpath Circle

The seasons shift and we come to another time to gather together and honor the sacred days of the planet and DRUM!! in the beautiful Florida evening. This is one of the best drumming events in South Florida. Please bring your drums, any percussion instrument, Didges, wind flutes, your smiles and your good intentions, and by all means dress for the festivities of the Solstice – Whites and Blues, Greens and Reds.

Come picnic style – bring adequate water and snacks! and OFF if you’re sensitive to bugs (I do not expect much of a problem after this cold snap).
